The Event
Come be a part of the first Scrum Alliance event in India! It's a day of discussion, arguments, laughter, questions and suggestions from fellow Scrum users. It's a chance to revel in your Scrum successes and also share your horror stories! It's free! (and includes lunch). Advance registration is required (we have a size limit of 100 people) — just add your name to the list below.
The Time and Place
11:00am-6:00pm on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the Central Court Hotel, near the Birla Mandir in Central Hyderabad (map is here).
The Agenda
We're going to self-organize and self-manage using Open Space techniques, Bar Camp-style. There will probably be a lot of discussion around topics like multi-location Scrum, testing practices, working with non-Scrum teams, the role of manager in Scrum, challenges with Scrum, how to be a great ScrumMaster [feel free to add a topic you're interested in, click "edit" below right]. We'll be doing a Scrum clinic, where you can come describe your Scrum symptoms, and together we'll brainstorm on cures you could try.
